Hilary is an innovative senior marketing and business consultant who helps corporate and agency clients build new businesses and new brands. With more than 20 years experience both on the agency and corporate side, she brings insights and know-how to new business endeavors.

Developing new companies and new lines of business is Hilary's forte. She has been responsible for the launch of many new businesses, programs, products and organizations, taking an integrated approach to strategy, marketing, communications and creative. She is skilled in people and financial management, and she has had significant responsibility for both. Having lived and worked abroad, she also brings knowledge of and cultural sensitivity to global and country-specific business requirements.

Hilary spent seven years at The Richards Group after a 16-year tenure in marketing at EDS and A.T. Kearney. At The Richards Group, she was responsible for developing brands for clients such as Atmos Energy Corporation, Orametrix Corporation, Schlumberger, GuideStone Financial and Nokia. As EDS VP of Marketing, she managed multinational marketing teams, multi-million dollar budgets and several new business and joint ventures that are now a stronghold of the business. During her tenure, she worked closely with the corporate leadership team, evolving EDS' brand strategy throughout the 1990s.

Her marketing programs have received numerous awards of excellence for strategy, copywriting, video/film production, advertising and internal programs. She has a degree in English from the University of Texas, where she was included in Who's Who of American Colleges & Universities. She is also a successful leader, copywriter, and speechwriter.
